We are a volunteer driven organization. All our programmes are run by trained and committed volunteers who are very giving of their time and energy. But we need all our volunteers to be in a state of continuous training and learning. We run training programmes, refresher courses, de-briefing sessions, self care programmes, so that our volunteers are well looked after, to be able to deliver to the programs. New volunteers undergo extensive training and mentoring before they team up with other Seniors to run the Programmes. We work with experts who are brought in to introduce new ways of seeing and doing to our volunteers. Volunteer training is a keystone to our success.
