Our programmes need visibility. There’s no point running a helpline if people do not know that we exist and where and what number to call. Increasing awareness and taking our services to various schools, corporates and other outreach programs costs us money. Promos on social media (FB, Insta and Google) do lead to a spike in calls. Using appropriate keywords to design our posts have attracted a lot of callers from relatively unknown places. We want to be sustained in our efforts in creating awareness. Sporadic efforts won’t do. Given the gravity of issues that people are facing, they need to know that there are spaces that you can call/visit and you can have a fresh perspective on your problems. Sustaining promos need money. Help us!!
