SHB Social Foundation is happy to announce a training programme for prospective new Listening Post volunteers.

We are a non-profit organization working in the psycho-social space of mental wellness. Listening Post, our flagship programme offers a safe, compassionate space for everyone to share their thoughts/ issues on call/walk-in. It’s a volunteer driven programme who undergo rigorous training with professionals.

The training will focus on the process of ‘active listening’ with sessions on self-awareness, mental health awareness, and managing conversations. The sessions will be a mix of theory and practice.

A certificate will be issued on successful completion of training.

Fees – ₹5000/- per person.
