Merchandise Shipping Policy:

Local customers can collect the merchandise by visiting our Office during working hours. Only cash payment is available in the Office.

If you want the merchandise, shipped to you, standard courier charges of Rs. 100/- per kg of merchandise will apply.  All orders are shipped via regular courier services.

We ship the products within 7 working days after receiving the order. SHB Social Foundation is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination.

The shipping costs that you have paid for cover the courier costs to your location only.  Any additional charges such as octroi or other state specific Taxes (if applicable), would need to be settled by you at the time of delivery.

Merchandise Returns and Refund Policy

No refunds. The products can be exchanged for a different size (in case of apparels) or another product of same or higher price.

Exchange depends on the time period and product condition. Please check the size chart before placing the order. All labels must be intact to be eligible for exchange. SHB Social Foundation reserves the right the decline the exchange based on product condition.

The exchange window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
